    Oh, this is an amazing home! The house is so energy-efficient, and it also has a food-forest. I'd like to have a home like this one. I bet you'll sell this quickly.

    Well, this home would be very appealing to outdoor lovers. Its features definitely encourage outdoor living. Its energy-efficient features are a big bonus to the next-owner. BTW, goodluck on your new adventures with your new home!
